About this tender
Overview Central Coast Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to design, manufacture, fabricate, deliver, install, and commission a new modular PC1 laboratory intended to operate as a National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) accredited water and sewage testing laboratory. This Request for Tender (RFT) is issued on a Design and Construct (D&C) basis. Tenderers are required to develop the design from the Council-supplied Concept Plans and the Principal's Requirements. Scope The scope includes: Design of the modular PC1 laboratory Manufacture and off-site fabrication of the laboratory Delivery, cranage, and installation of the laboratory Integration of laboratory systems and services Testing, commissioning, and validation support Training related to the laboratory Documentation and handover of the completed laboratory Contractor Requirements Responsibility for all design development, certification, engineering, fabrication, construction, services installation, testing, commissioning, and handover obligations Provision of all design documentation, technical drawings, calculations, specifications, certifications, and supporting material required by any consent authority, certifier, utility provider, or regulatory body Council is responsible for obtaining relevant consent authority approvals and making statutory applications.
