About this tender

Muswellbrook Shire Council (MSC) seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced multidisciplinary Consultant team to provide planning, design coordination, and development approval services for the proposed industrial development at Lot 9, 29–33 Glen Munro Road, Muswellbrook NSW 2333. The services include review and modification of existing concept plans, coordination and management of specialist consultant inputs, preparation and coordination of Development Application (DA) documentation suitable for lodgement by Muswellbrook Shire Council. The successful Consultant shall act as the lead consultant for the project and will be responsible for coordinating planning, architectural, engineering, and specialist consultant services necessary to support the applicable development approval pathway and ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. The Consultant will work collaboratively with Muswellbrook Shire Council, the proposed tenant, specialist subconsultants, and relevant regulatory authorities throughout the project.
