Overview Narrandera Shire Council is seeking tender responses from qualified tenderers for the construction of the Narrandera Urban Stormwater Upgrade project and associated works to address flooding problems within Narrandera Township. Scope The scope includes: Construction of approximately 1,300m of Reinforced Concrete Box Culverts (RCBC), pits and associated pipework to intercept flows in Bolton Street (between Charles and Willans Streets) and transfer them to the existing stormwater basin (located between Larmer Street and the Main Irrigation Canal) Provision of all materials, equipment, operators and labourers required to carry out the works Preparation of traffic control plans and establishment of a project site compound Coordination with all relevant authorities, including utility providers and other private and government agencies Obtaining all approvals and paying all applicable fees required to carry out the works Disposal and carting of all construction waste materials and excess dirt to landfill or another nominated location A detailed scope of works is provided in Volume 3, Statement of Requirements.
