Overview Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) is seeking a contractor to undertake the management of habitats and weeds in natural areas of the Parklands, including wetlands, throughout Sydney Olympic Park. About These areas typically contain threatened species habitat and/or comprise threatened ecological communities. Scope The scope includes: Management of habitats and weeds in natural areas of the Parklands, including wetlands, throughout Sydney Olympic Park Maintenance works supporting the parklands landscape, visitor amenity, regulatory compliance and conservation of ecological values identified in the SOPA Biodiversity Management Plan Contractor Requirements Personnel managing and conducting works in these areas require specific and high-level vegetation management expertise to comply with legislative requirements and maintain ecological values Tender Briefing A site briefing will be held for this opportunity. Attendance is optional, though respondents are strongly encouraged to attend. Date: Tuesday, 11 August 2026 Time: 10:00 AM Location: Sydney Olympic Park Registration for the site briefing is mandatory. The exact location of the briefing will be provided by the RFT Contact at registration. Registration is via email to the RFT Contact listed in the Overview Section, providing attendee details (name and email address), noting a maximum of 2 persons can attend from each company.
