RFT-2014806 - NSW Police Force - Police Academy Student Recreation Building Project goals: To provide a dedicated space within the Police Academy grounds where all students can gather to unwind, connect and engage in recreational activities. The facility provides opportunities for social interaction, relaxation and community building among the Police Academy students. A Student Recreation Building (Clubhouse) will provide a central, inclusive space for students to gather and enjoy shared experiences in the Academy. Scope: The Scope of Works includes the design and construction of a Recreation Shed to function as a Recreation Buiding (Clubhouse) for the students on campus. The scope includes full internal fit-out, concrete slab and footpath works, plumbing, electrical, flooring and finishing. All works must comply with the National Construction Code (NCC), relevant Australian Standards (AS/NZS), and Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations. The building structure should consist of 6 bays (5m per bay) with 5 bays as enclosed open plan area and the 6th bay as an undercover Cola area. 2 verandahs are required each with 4m wide. A kitchenette (non cooking), toilet facilities (with access from outside the building) and a BBQ area are to be part of the Scope of Works. All attendees must obtain Police security clearance check for visiting the Police Academy site.
