About this tender

Overview Campbelltown City Council invites tenders for inclusion on a panel for Painting Services (Panel). About Campbelltown is located on Dharawal Country, framed by the Nepean and Georges Rivers, approximately 55 kilometres south-west of the Sydney CBD. It is the key commercial centre servicing the Macarthur region, with strong connections to the Illawarra region and the rest of Western Sydney. The Local Government Area spans 31,200 hectares, including extensive bushland and waterways, with Dharawal and Warranmadhaa National Parks nearby. Campbelltown has direct access to Sydney, Western Sydney International Airport, and key logistics corridors. The city is home to more than 180,000 residents, with population projected to reach around 250,000 by 2036. Thirty-one percent of residents were born overseas, and over sixty percent have parents who were born overseas. Scope The scope includes, but is not limited to, painting of the following: Buildings (internal and external), including the Administration building, Art Centre, Childcare Centres, Halls, Heritage listed buildings, Libraries, Neighbourhood Centres, Sports Stadium and Athletics Complex, Swimming and Leisure Centres, Youth Centres, and rented premises Park structures such as amenities and timber fencing Park furniture Fencing Playground equipment Tenderers may also be required to carry out: Painting of Heritage listed properties High pressure water cleaning Timber staining Internal wall tiles, specialised treatments Contractor Requirements Tenderers must demonstrate the necessary qualifications, ability, and experience to provide the required services to Council Contract Terms and Conditions The Panel will be formed under a deed of standing offer (Deed) for an initial period of three years, with two options to extend for a further 12 months each Deed Award: September/October 2026 Services may be requested from: September/October 2026 Term services may be required: Three years, with two options for extension of 12 months each This timetable is an approximation and is to be used as a guide only.
