About this tender

Overview Corrective Services Industries (CSI) invites open tender submissions for the establishment of a Panel for the Supply and Delivery of Bulk Dry and Cooked Food Products to Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW). Scope The scope includes: Supply of bulk cereal, bulk coffee, partially cooked bakery and confectionery products, pre-cooked poultry and meat, and processed egg products Reliable, timely and cost-effective delivery of products to nominated CSNSW locations Contractor Requirements Capability and capacity to meet current and future operational demand for supply and delivery Products and services must comply with all applicable legislative, regulatory, food safety, contractual and CSNSW security requirements Suppliers must offer competitive pricing, quality products, reliable supply, responsive customer service and sustainable solutions Suppliers must meet the minimum supply percentage for each category to which they respond, as specified in the relevant category tab of the RFx Pricing Schedule Suppliers must demonstrate sufficient capability, capacity and resources to meet current and future demand and maintain continuity of supply Contract Terms and Conditions Initial panel term of three (3) years, with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions exercisable at CSI's discretion The panel may also be made available to eligible NSW Government agencies, including NSW Health, where authorised by CSI Instructions to Tenderers This tender opportunity can only be accessed and responded to via the Department's end to end procurement system, Procurement Central.
