About this tender
Overview The Department of Education, School Infrastructure (NSW) is seeking to establish a panel of contractors to provide roofing trade services on an ongoing basis to maintain teaching spaces and associated structures across its school sites. Scope Roof replacement and repairs are required periodically due to material deterioration and unforeseen damage. A Schedule of Rates will be used to predict costs associated with roof replacement and associated works, such as minor painting, roof plumbing and various electrical works. The scope includes: Roof replacement and repair works, including associated minor painting, roof plumbing and electrical works Design elements as may be required Preliminaries Adherence to a detailed Scope of Works Inspection and Test Plans as may be required Reporting on WHS, Environmental Management and Quality Assurance as may be required Sub-contractor management This intake is for the following Department regions only: Sydney CBD South Western Sydney Western Sydney Northern Sydney Hunter Central Coast North Coast North Western NSW Southern NSW Tender Briefing An online tender briefing has been scheduled for this opportunity.
