Overview Blacktown City Council is seeking a suitably experienced respondent to provide pest management services for council facilities. Objectives The project goals for this opportunity are: Fit for purpose: premises achieve clean and pest free surroundings that enhance the aesthetics and durable functions of council's assets, meet standards in maintaining assets, and provide opportunities for a cleaner and safer living environment Bringing experience: provide advice, expertise and skills to ensure the requested services are properly performed as per specifications Quality: meet or exceed the quality standards set out in the contract specifications or best practice in the cleaning and pest control industry Time and budget: deliver the works set out in the Work Order within specified time and price, and rectify and resolve with the Principal any departures Professionalism: no disturbance or adverse effect on occupants of the premises Environmental and sustainability: correctly remove rubbish and ensure no disposal of chemicals or contaminated water into stormwater drains Work, health and safety: comply with contractual and statutory requirements Scope The scope includes: Provision of regular and as-needed pest management services for different council facilities Submitting reports and service programs Attending progress meetings Enquiries Primary contact: Anku.Chapagain@blacktown.nsw.gov.au
