The procurement will support the delivery of the Australia–Indonesia Leadership Dialogue in FY2026-27. The AILD will convene senior Australian and Indonesian leaders for a half day dialogue to be held in either Australia or Indonesia. The AILD will be an opportunity for delegates to participate in high-level discussions on various topics related to the bilateral relationship, and engage in discussion on the future direction of the Australia-Indonesia relationship. Purpose of procurement DFAT (Indonesia Branch) is looking to procure event hosting and management services, travel logistics services, and possible program development services, from a suitably-qualified provider, to host the Australia–Indonesia Leadership Dialogue (AILD) in financial year 2026-27 in either Australia or Indonesia. Scope of requirement The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) (Indonesia Branch) is looking to procure: 1. event hosting and management services; 2. travel logistics services; and 3. possible program development services from a suitably qualified provider to host the Australia–Indonesia Leadership Dialogue in financial year 2026-27 in either Australia or Indonesia.
