About this tender
Overview Dubbo Regional Council is seeking experienced and qualified contractors to provide Bitumen Spray Sealing Services. This process is being facilitated by Regional Procurement (NSW) on behalf of Dubbo Regional Council. Scope Provision of Bitumen Spray Sealing Services for Dubbo Regional Council Contractor Requirements Contractors must be experienced and qualified in providing bitumen spray sealing services Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period of 36 months from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 Provision for a possible 2 x 12-month extensions Instructions to Tenderers Tenders are to be submitted to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box. Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via the Tendering portal until the tender closing date, for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST. Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method set out in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
