NSW SES seeks responses from suitable providers to establish a panel for the provision of catering services during operational events. Project goals NSW SES is seeking to establish a non-exclusive panel of catering service providers to support emergency response operations. Scope Panel members (Suppliers) may be engaged to provide catering services to NSW SES personnel deployed to operational response activities, including short duration, extended or sustained operations. Depending on the Supplier’s nominated capability and the relevant Order, Services may include: (a) delivered hot and ready to serve meals; (b) delivered cold or boxed meals; (c) onsite or mobile catering; and (d) associated service items such as condiments, cutlery, serviettes, beverages or other agreed ancillary items. Food standards are to be: A Provision of balanced meals which are low in fat, sugar and salt, for all staff and visitors in terms of their nutritional needs; Meals that are acceptable in terms of quality, nutrition, variety and quantity; Options that accommodate common dietary and religious requirements e.g. lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, coeliac, vegan/vegetarian, allergies (nuts/seafood, sulfites etc) etc. Additional details/instructions An optional Industry Briefing in connection with this RFT will be held on 15/6/2026 from 1pm via Microsoft Teams. A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
