Overview The Department of Customer Service (DCS) is seeking to establish supply arrangements for mobile devices and accessories to support its operational and business needs. Purpose The project aims to establish supply arrangements for mobile devices and accessories that enable DCS to meet its business and operational needs. Objectives Through this procurement, DCS seeks to achieve: Competitive and transparent pricing Improved order fulfilment and delivery performance Enhanced customer and end-user experience Effective warranty and support services Greater operational efficiency through accurate reporting and cost allocation Scope DCS is seeking responses from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of mobile devices and accessories. The scope includes: Supply of mobile handsets, tablets, Wi-Fi hotspots and accessories Device supply, fulfilment and delivery services Warranty, repair and replacement services Device enrolment services (Apple Business Manager and Samsung Knox) Reporting and invoicing services e-Waste management and device buy-back services Contract Terms and Conditions The procurement may result in the engagement of multiple suppliers to deliver the goods and services from February 2027 to February 2029 Extension options are available Instructions to Tenderers Any clarification questions regarding this RFT must be submitted to the Principal's Contact Person via the contact email address no later than 5pm (AEST and/or AEDT), Friday, 25 September 2026.
