About this tender
Overview Regional Procurement is seeking tenders for the provision of surveying services to participating councils on an "as required" basis, for a period of 36 months from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with provision for 2 x 12-month extension options. About This process is being facilitated on behalf of the following participating councils: Bourke Shire Council Brewarrina Shire Council Coonamble Shire Council Cobar Shire Council Narromine Shire Council Warren Shire Council Warrumbungle Shire Council Scope Provision of surveying services to participating councils on an "as required" basis Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period: 36 months, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 Extension options: 2 x 12-month extension options Instructions to Tenderers Any person or company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box. Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via the Tendering portal until the submission close date, for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST. Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
