Gwydir Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and interested parties for the purchase of Council-owned land located at Gwydir Highway, Warialda, described as Lot 7 in DP 1310993. About the Opportunity This Request for Tender (RFT) provides an open and competitive process for the disposal of Council-owned land. Submissions are invited for the acquisition of the property via: Contract for Sale; or Deed of Call Option; or A combination of both arrangements.
