Where practicable, the Schedule of Prices must itemise all major work activities together with their associated fixed prices and completion timeframes. The quotation must not be based on assumptions. Where a work activity cannot be accurately priced due to insufficient information or unresolved site conditions, it must be clearly identified as an excluded item or variable cost item, together with the reason and any investigation required to establish a fixed price.
