About this tender
Overview The Reserve Bank of Australia (ABN 50 008 559 486) is seeking proposals for the provision of Carbon Planning and Management Advisor (CPMA) services for the Base Building Design of the 65 Martin Place (65MP) Stage 2 Head Office Redevelopment Project. Purpose Given the complexity of the 65MP Project, structured operations readiness integration governance is critical to ensure that the completed base building can be transitioned into occupation and operations safely, efficiently and without disruption to core RBA activities. CPMA services are required to act as the primary mechanism for embedding carbon management into project decision-making. Scope The scope includes: Provision of carbon advisory services for the 65MP redevelopment from project establishment through design development, D&C procurement, construction, practical completion and certification Embedding carbon planning into core decision-making so that material, specification and construction choices are tested early Setting and monitoring carbon budgets at key PCG design gates Managing carbon performance alongside cost, programme and broader sustainability objectives Identifying, recording and guiding reductions in upfront embodied carbon Preparing and managing assessment of NABERS Embodied Carbon and relevant Green Star credits Instructions to Tenderers Conditions for Participation Respondents are required to complete and submit the Conditions for Participation Schedule and an executed Non-Disclosure Deed in order to access Parts 1 (Section 3.2), 2 and 3 of the RFP.
