This Registration of Interest (ROI) is for retail - food truck commercial opportunity. being sought by WSA Co Limited for Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport (Western Sydney International, or WSI). WSA Co Limited is seeking submissions for registration of interest of the above commercial opportunity (the Requirement) as described in this ROI. In submitting a response, Potential Interested Parties are required to comply with all requirements set out in the Approach to Market Terms (a copy of which is included with this ROI), and if successful, progress to a Request for Proposal (RFP). WSA Co Limited (WSA) is a Government Business Enterprise, wholly owned by the Commonwealth of Australia (Commonwealth). The attached contract reflects WSA’s requisite contracting terms and conditions including on account of WSA’s legal obligations to the Commonwealth, and otherwise. Proponents are advised that amendments to WSA’s contract from Proponents will not be considered by WSA except where the proposed amendment is, absolutely and strictly necessary for the purposes of preventing a breach by the Proponent or WSA of a statutory or regulatory requirement. All other proposed amendments will be considered non-conformances against the approach to market documentation and evaluated negatively.
