About this tender
Overview Oberon Council is inviting Requests for Quotation (RFQ) from zero turn ride on mower suppliers for the replacement of the ride on lawn mowers listed in the attachment to this RFQ. Scope The scope includes: Supply of replacement pricing for zero turn ride on mowers of similar or like capacity to the vehicles listed in the RFQ attachment Provision of various model options for the replacement mowers Information Requested Nominated inclusions for each vehicle clearly itemised in the submission Confirmation of whether GST is applicable for each item Purchase pricing and trade-in pricing submitted on separate documents (purchase and trade-ins submitted in the one document are not preferred) Contract Terms and Conditions The trade-in vehicle will remain in Council's possession and continue to be used until the new vehicle is delivered Instructions to Tenderers All questions in relation to this RFQ must be directed through Vendor Panel, where all suppliers will receive like information to the Q&A responses from Council's Plant Manager.
