RFT26-004 Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) - Sustaining Infrastructure - From Policy to Practice in Operations and Maintenance
Tender Overview
About this tender
Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) Palladium, through the Quad Infrastructure Fellowships (QIF), is seeking a supplier or consortium to design and deliver the short course Sustaining Infrastructure – From Policy to Practice in Operations and Maintenance. The course will support mid-career and senior infrastructure practitioners from the Indo-Pacific to strengthen practical capability in operations and maintenance across digital infrastructure, renewable energy, and ports and transport. Delivery will follow QIF’s three-phase model: hybrid pre-course preparation, an intensive face-to-face component in Australia, and post-course Work-Based application. Suppliers should demonstrate expertise in operations and maintenance, lifecycle asset management, recurrent budgeting, workforce development, maintenance procurement, contractor performance, adult learning, GEDSI-inclusive delivery, monitoring and evaluation, and Indo-Pacific infrastructure contexts. The course will include applied tools, sector laboratories, operational site visits, peer exchange and Work-Based Action Plans linked to nominated infrastructure assets or investments. Shortlisted suppliers may be invited to a subsequent RFT process. For inquires, email: procurement@infrastructurefellowships.org EOI submission closes: 11.59pm AEST (UTC+10) on 13 September 2026
How to respond to this tender
A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Read the requirements in full
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Confirm you are eligible and it is worth bidding
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Answer every criterion with evidence
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Lodge early through the official portal
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
