Overview Sutherland Shire Council is seeking a qualified Principal Contractor to provide Ocean Pool and Tidal Baths Maintenance Services across five sites within the Local Government Area. Scope The scope includes maintenance services at the following sites: Cronulla Ocean Pool Shelley Park Ocean Pool Oak Park Ocean Pool Silver Beach Tidal Bath Gunnamatta Park Tidal Bath Cronulla Ocean Pool, Monthly Maintenance Conducting a monthly inspection of the pool structure and surrounding areas Removing algae within the pool and all surrounding surfaces Installing appropriate safety signage for public notification Shelly Park Ocean Pool, Oak Park Ocean Pool, Silver Beach Tidal Bath and Gunnamatta Park Tidal Bath, Twice a Year Inspection Undertaking at least twice-yearly inspections of each site Completing algae removal at surrounding pools Additional Services (Variations) In addition to the scheduled maintenance services, the Contractor may be required to undertake additional works identified during inspections. These works will be treated as variations and may include, but are not limited to: Oyster removal Repairs to structures, fixtures or fittings Netting maintenance and replacement Any other associated works necessary to maintain a safe, functional and compliant ocean pool or tidal bath environment Implementing temporary closures where required to safely carry out maintenance activities
