Overview The City of Parramatta is inviting prequalified builders to proceed to the second stage of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) process for the design and construction of the Rydalmere Bowling Club facility upgrade. About The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences. Scope A summary of the scope includes: Site establishment Demolition as documented Roof repairs Upgrade to fire and services Upgrade to function space and amenities Car park works Accessibility upgrades Contractor Requirements Tenderers must have maintained their accreditations and compliance requirements submitted as part of the EOI phase and assessed as a prequalification for the formal tender phase, in order to be considered for this tender Site Inspection A site inspection is mandatory. Tenderers will be notified of the date and time. Instructions to Tenderers Tender documents may be obtained via the etender portal. Enquiries may be submitted via the online forum on the etender portal. The Tender Forum closes 2 business days before the tender closing date. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tender. Late, verbal or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Enquiries Enquiries can be directed by email to tenders@cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au. Council requires all enquiries for advice with regard to a specific tender to be submitted in writing.
