Overview The City of Canterbury Bankstown is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the removal, replacement and upgrade of shelters, shade sail structures, picnic facilities and associated landscaping works across eight sites within the Canterbury-Bankstown local government area, under T15-27 Shelter and Shade Sail Upgrade Program - 8 Sites. Scope The scope includes removal, replacement and upgrade works, together with associated landscaping, across the following sites: Shades Replacement Deepwater Park, Milperra Leonard Reserve Rudd Park, Belfield Wise Reserve, Riverwood Playground Shade Sail Replacement Canterbury Park Playground Roberts Park Early Learning Centre, Greenacre Chester Hill KU Children's Centre Earlwood Children's Centre Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in the removal, replacement and upgrade of shelters, shade sail structures, picnic facilities and associated landscaping works Tender Briefing A compulsory briefing will be held for this opportunity, moving sequentially between three sites. Date: Wednesday 23rd September 2026 Time: 10:00 AM Locations: Starting at Earlwood Children's Centre, then Roberts Park Early Learning Centre, Greenacre, then Chester Hill KU Children's Centre Tenderers must report to the council officer upon arrival at each site. Attendance at the briefing is compulsory to complete a compliant submission to this tender opportunity. Instructions to Tenderers Council is now using APET for all electronic lodgements.
