Attendance at this briefing/site inspection is a mandatory requirement of participation. Instructions to Tenderers All clarifications must be sought within the tender period and no later than the question closing date of 23rd November 2026. Refer to clauses 3.1 and 4.2 of Part A, Conditions of Tendering. Any enquiry received after 20th November 2026 will not be answered unless PMHC Procurement considers it to be in the interests of all respondents.
