Overview Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation (RGDC) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the engagement of a Principal Contractor to undertake the construction of the augmentation / upgrade to the existing Jindabyne Wastewater Treatment Plant. Purpose The augmentation / upgrade is required to meet the increased demands associated with the development of the Snowy Mountains Special Activation Precinct and the Jindabyne area. Scope The scope includes: Construction of the augmentation / upgrade to the existing Jindabyne Wastewater Treatment Plant, increasing capacity from 8,000 equivalent persons (EP) to 16,000 EP, with provision for future expansion to 24,000 EP Delivery of the construction works while the Jindabyne Wastewater Treatment Plant remains operational Instructions to Tenderers This RFT process is being managed under the Two-Envelope system.
