About this tender
Overview Orange City Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from businesses interested in operating as stallholders at Christmas Carols 2026. Applications are reviewed by the Council's Events team as part of curating a marketplace that is vibrant, diverse and full of discovery. How to Apply All Expressions of Interest will be reviewed by the Council's Events team Successful applicants will be contacted via email once the marketplace lineup has been finalised Submitting an EOI does not guarantee a stall Applicants will be advised whether their application has been successful once the selection process is complete Questions regarding this opportunity can be sent to events@orange.nsw.gov.au Eligibility Preference will be given to businesses from the Orange360 region (Orange, Cabonne and Blayney). Contractor Requirements Stallholders must be committed to reducing waste, avoiding single-use plastics where possible, and embracing sustainable practices, which will be considered as part of the assessment process Stallholders must bring their own stall setup, including gazebo, tables, displays and equipment Vehicle access is not permitted after bump-in Contract Terms and Conditions A stall fee of $120 (incl.
