About this tender

Overview Orange City Council is inviting expressions of interest from stallholders wishing to take part in the New Years Eve 2026 marketplace event. Scope Operation of a stall as part of the curated marketplace for the New Years Eve 2026 event Eligibility Preference is given to businesses from the Orange360 region (Orange, Cabonne and Blayney) Applicants' approach to sustainability, including reducing waste and avoiding single-use plastics where possible, will be considered as part of the assessment process Submitting an Expression of Interest does not guarantee a stall Contract Terms and Conditions A stall fee of $120 (incl. GST) is payable by successful applicants Stalls are only secured once payment and all required documentation have been received Stallholders must bring their own stall setup, including gazebo, tables, displays and equipment Vehicle access is not permitted after bump-in How to Apply Applications are reviewed by the Events team once submitted. Successful applicants will be contacted via email once the marketplace lineup has been finalised, and details of the stall fee payment process will be provided at that time.
