Overview Regional Procurement (NSW) is seeking tenders for the supply and delivery of ready mix concrete on an 'as required' basis, facilitated on behalf of participating councils. Purpose Participating Councils are seeking the supply and delivery of ready mix concrete on an 'as required' basis, for a period of 36 months from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with provision for a possible 2 x 12-month extensions. Scope Supply and delivery of ready mix concrete on an 'as required' basis to participating councils About This process is being facilitated by Regional Procurement on behalf of Coffs Harbour City, Bellingen Shire and Nambucca Valley Councils. Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period of 36 months, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 Provision for a possible 2 x 12-month extensions Participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted Instructions to Tenderers Any person or company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the TenderLink Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 15 October 2026. Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via TenderLink, https://portal.tenderlink.com/regionalprocurement/login, until the submission close date, for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST. Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.
