Scope The scope includes: Provision of specialist advisory, integration and drafting support for the development of the Second Pass Business Case (SPBC) Development of associated approval artefacts required to support the SPBC Consolidation of existing program deliverables, stakeholder inputs, assurance findings and approval requirements into a cohesive, evidence based investment proposal suitable for Government consideration Delivery of the work under ATO governance, direction and ownership
