Overview The Royal Botanic Gardens and Domains Trust is seeking experienced food and beverage operators to deliver temporary food and beverage outlets at The Point, The Cove and QEII Gate at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney. Objectives Secure experienced, high-quality food operators Deliver innovative food and beverage concepts that are reliable, affordable and moveable Provide offerings that appeal to diverse visitors Enhance the visitor experience at the sites Respect the environmental and cultural value of the sites at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney Scope The scope includes: Provision of a temporary food and beverage outlet at The Point (Mrs Macquaries Point) Provision of a temporary food and beverage outlet at The Cove (Gate K, Yurong Gate) Provision of a temporary food and beverage outlet at QEII Gate (Gate J, Queen Elizabeth II Gate) Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Respondents are recommended to attend a site inspection to gain a clear understanding of site conditions and requirements. A maximum of 4 attendees per respondent may attend. To confirm attendance, respondents must provide the preferred site inspection session time and the names of the persons attending at least 2 working days before the date of the site inspection, by emailing Mario Da Silva at commercial.services@botanicgardens.nsw.gov.au.
