Overview Campbelltown City Council is inviting local businesses, schools and community groups to submit an expression of interest to join The Festival of Fisher's Ghost Street Parade, part of the Council's 2026 anniversary program. The parade will take place on Saturday 31 October from 2pm to 4pm. About The Fisher's Ghost Parade is a longstanding part of The Festival of Fisher's Ghost. This year's parade forms part of an anniversary program marking the 70th anniversary of the festival and the 200th anniversary of the discovery of Fred Fisher's body and the original ghost sighting. The parade has been organised with input from the Festival of Fisher's Ghost Committee, community members and councillors. Purpose The parade is being held to bring the community together to celebrate Campbelltown's history, creativity and community spirit as part of the festival's 70th anniversary and the 200th anniversary of the Fred Fisher story. Expressions of interest close on 23 August at 11.50pm.
