Overview Cumberland City Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to undertake construction of the Toongabbie Bridge Intersection Upgrades at Sites 4, 5 and 9. Scope The scope includes: Construction of the Toongabbie Bridge Intersection Upgrades at Sites 4, 5 and 9 Provision of all labour, plant, materials, tools, equipment, consumables, and supervision required to complete the works Temporary works and traffic management for the duration of the works All other activities necessary to achieve completion of the full Scope of Works and handover in accordance with the Contract Contractor Requirements Tenderers must be registered and prequalified under the SCM1461 scheme at the time of submission Only entities appropriately prequalified under the applicable scheme will be deemed to have submitted a conforming response Submissions from contractors not registered under the applicable panel arrangement will be deemed non-conforming and will not be considered Contract Terms and Conditions The works will be awarded under a lump sum fixed price contract, in accordance with the provisions set out in the tender pricing schedules Several items are proposed to be provisional sums, including carpark electrical and lighting, minor Telstra works, and miscellaneous items All tender submissions must represent a complete and fully costed proposal for delivery of the works Contract form: GC21 The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract Tender Briefing and Site Inspection All respondents are required to attend a mandatory pre-tender site briefing and inspection.
