About this tender
Overview Kempsey Shire Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced suppliers for the delivery of Toose Road, Phase 1 Bridge (Design and Construction). About Toose Road is an unsealed local road in the Kempsey Shire that services several rural properties, approximately 60 km west of Kempsey. A landslip during the March 2022 flood event caused significant damage to Toose Road, cutting off access to private properties. Geotechnical assessment of the landslip identified that the site is still active with remediation opportunity. Scope The scope includes: Design and construction of a new bridge over the Macleay River Realignment of Toose Road to connect Armidale Road at Bellbrook, NSW Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory pre-tender briefing and site visit will be held.
