About this tender
Wollongong City Council wishes to create a panel to service Council's Building Trade Services, operating reactive and scheduled services for the below sub-panels: Sub-panel 1: Electrical Services Sub-panel 2: Plumbing Services Sub-panel 3: HVAC Services Sub-panel 4: Carpentry Services Sub-panel 5: Painting Services Sub-panel 6: Glazing Services Sub-panel 7: Fencing Services Sub-panel 8: Tiling Services Sub-panel 9: Carpets and Flooring Maintenance Services Sub-panel 10: Gutter Cleaning Sub-panel 11: Scaffolding Services Sub-panel 12: Roller Door/Shutter Maintenance Sub-panel 13: Graffiti Removal Sub-panel 14: General Handyperson Services The initial term of the contract being tendered for is five years with two further options for extension of three and two years, respectively (5 + 3 + 2) with any such options to extend exercised at the sole discretion of Council.
