About this tender
Overview Cowra Shire Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified contractors to provide tree trimming and removal services. This is a Quality Assured, Schedule of Rates Panel Contract. Scope The scope includes: Provision of tree trimming and removal services to Council Delivery of services primarily to facilitate the works and maintenance program Provision of services for emergencies as they arise Contractor Requirements Suitably accredited contractors with previous experience supplying tree trimming and removal services Compliance with the NSW Government Code of Practice for the Construction Industry Contract Terms and Conditions Panel contract for a term of three (3) calendar years, commencing November 2026 The Principal is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender Instructions to Tenderers Tender documents are available online and can be downloaded via the eTenderlink portal.
