Requirements: Opportunity requirements 1. Refer to attached RFT document suite Tenderers are invited to tender for the upgrade of the Radio Rebroadcasting (RRB) system for the Tugun Bypass Tunnel. The upgrade aims to refresh and enhance system reliability, maintain uninterrupted broadcast services, and provide full integration with emergency and public address (PA) systems. All works are to be carried out in accordance with the project designs, reports, and applicable environmental requirements. This work consists of, but is not limited to, the development of a detailed design for the RRB renewal scope; the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of new RRB equipment; and the provision of operator and maintenance training to tunnel personnel. A Pre-Tender Meeting and Site Visit will be held on Wednesday, 29 April 2026. Location: On site at 2 Sussyer Avenue, Tweed Heads West, NSW 2485 at 2pm on Wednesday 29 April 2026. Attendance at the pre-tender meeting and site visit is mandatory to submit a conforming tender. Please confirm your attendance at the pre-tender meeting by COB, Friday 24 April 2026 by sending an email with attendee details to: Juliane.Latu@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject line “Pre-Tender Meeting and Site Visit attendance confirmation 26.0000129384.0163.” All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
