This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) is seeking to engage a seller to provide services to support its human-centred design (HCD) activities. The successful service will be used by staff in the HCD Hub and their project stakeholders. About The HCD Hub executes ASIC's own user research and usability testing with people who may utilise ASIC's external digital services. Scope The scope includes: User recruitment with suitable screener options and a large enough Australian panel User research and testing services for ASIC to plan and run moderated testing using a Figma prototype (supplied by ASIC) operated by the test participant A system for ASIC to plan and run unmoderated tests for lower-cost, higher-volume data collection involving responding to static or interactive concepts (supplied by ASIC) and quantitative data capture
