About this tender
Overview Destination NSW (DNSW) is seeking responses from Site Management Services suppliers to support the safe and effective planning, organisation and delivery of Vivid Sydney. Purpose This procurement is intended to engage an experienced Contractor with the capability to deliver safe, high-quality and seamlessly integrated Site Management Services that meet the operational, technical and stakeholder requirements of the program. Scope The scope includes: Site management services supporting the safe and effective planning, organisation and delivery of Vivid Sydney across multiple event zones Provision of appropriately licenced and experienced site management personnel and general labour Contract Terms and Conditions Initial contract term covering Vivid Sydney 2027, 2028 and 2029 Two optional one-year extensions for Vivid Sydney 2030 and 2031, at Destination NSW's sole discretion Tender Briefing A briefing session has been scheduled for this opportunity.
