Water and Sewer Asset Revaluation

Overview Mid-Western Regional Council, Warrumbungle Shire Council, Warren Shire Council, and Gilgandra Shire Council are together seeking quotes for a systematic asset revaluation to determine the fair value of all water and sewer assets, in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards. Scope The scope includes: Systematic revaluation of all water and sewer assets held by each of the four participating councils Determination of the fair value of those assets in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards Instructions to Tenderers The four Councils have chosen to collaborate to provide a single approach to the market, however, each contract and project will run independently.
