Overview Retire Australia Management Pty Ltd is seeking expressions of interest from regional reinstatement and refurbishment builders for the WP01 Wagga Wagga Reinstatement, Refurbishment and Minor Works opportunity, covering regional building services across unit reinstatements, refurbishment, repairs, minor alterations, compliance and make-safe works. Scope The scope includes: Unit reinstatement works Refurbishment works Repairs Minor alterations Compliance works Make-safe works Respondents may nominate full delivery across all works or defined trade packages.
