Overview KGL Resources Limited (NT) is seeking tenderers for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, ownership, operation and maintenance of power generation facilities for the Jervois Copper Project. Scope The scope includes: Design, supply, transport to site, installation and commissioning of the Project Power Station Operation and maintenance (O&M) of the Project Power Station Stage 1 diesel-fired power station Associated 11kV electrical distribution infrastructure Standby power generation facilities for the Accommodation Village and Mine Infrastructure Area (MIA) Stage 2 hybrid power station expansion The detailed Scope of Work is set out in the Power Generation Scope of Works, document number JER-C30-11-PWR-SOW-0002, Rev 0. Contract Terms and Conditions The power station facilities for both Stage 1 and Stage 2 are to be delivered under a Build-Own-Operate and Maintain (BOOM) commercial structure A Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) is required over a nominal 10 year mine life expectancy Information Requested For life-cycle cost evaluation purposes, tenderers are required to submit alternative proposals covering: A single-stage integrated development of a hybrid power solution Staggered development of Stage 1 and a subsequent Stage 2 development nominally 2 years later (subject to the contract, including notice to proceed terms) Enquiries Contact: Industry Capability Network (NT) Phone: +61 08 8922 9422
