About this tender
The SC660 Fuel Supply and Distribution scope includes provision of fuel storage, handling, and supply services to support construction activities at the Nolans Rare Earths Project. The Contractor shall supply, install, commission, operate, and maintain temporary fuel storage facilities and provide continuous diesel fuel supply throughout the construction phase. Key Inclusions: • Supply, transport, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of temporary self‑bunded fuel storage facilities including 2x 110kL tanks – located at the Process Plant and the Accommodation Village sites. • Provision and ongoing delivery of diesel fuel aligned with Project demand forecasts. • Supply, install, integrate and configure a smart fuel management system capable of managing fuel dispensation, user access control, recording transactions and generating consumption reports. The Works shall include, but not limited to, the provision of all materials, labour, PPE, tools and machinery, construction work, inspection and testing and temporary facilities required for the execution of the scope of works.
