Overview Arlparra School is seeking quotations for the removal and replacement of existing astroturf around the playground and outdoor areas of the main school, including associated site preparation and installation works. About Arlparra School is located in Utopia homeland in the Northern Territory Barkly Region, approximately 250 kilometres north-east of Alice Springs. Utopia comprises 16 homelands, with Arlparra serving as the main service centre for the region.
