Overview Arafura Rare Earths Pty Ltd is seeking a supplier to provide Belt Filter units for the Nolans Project (PM061). The Works comprise the supply of all items, within the battery limits, required for a fully functioning Belt Filter unit that meets the duty specified in the package datasheets. Scope The scope includes: Equipment Piping, valving and special items Structural steel support and access ways Instrumentation and control elements and any cabling that can be pre-installed on modules Painting and protective coating Thermal insulation and cladding Pressure safety valve/s Vacuum protection Supply of all items within the battery limits required for a fully functioning Belt Filter(s) that meet the duty specified in the Datasheet (datasheet and all other details to be shared later with Bid documents) Supply of all items, accessories and services usual or necessary to complete the work and achieve the specified performance, even where not specifically mentioned The Belt Filter Package includes all equipment, structure, piping, ducting, fume hood, valving, drives and instrumentation systems within the battery limits of the Package, including but not limited to: Belt filter frame Transport belt and all rollers including head and tail pulleys, drive and gearbox for main roller, and all rollers Belt carrying system, including belt curbing and lowering device Fume hood Filter cloth, including cloth guide/tracking and cleaning (for example, cloth wash spray) system, with water supplied by others at the flowrate and pressure specified by the supplier Feed mechanism, including feed distribution launder Wash launders Cover/enclosure to reduce risk of final product contamination Vacuum pump/s, associated ducting, and vacuum seal strip system for filter A once through seal water system used with cooled seal water supplied by others Filtrate receivers, filtrate pumps for each stage and all interconnecting piping Cake thickness monitor Cake discharge chute Cake discharge sample port Moisture trap All equipment and ancillary systems necessary to meet the process requirements and duty as specified on the datasheets Procurement of materials, fabrication, painting and protective coating Contractor Requirements The Supplier may offer alternative process equipment that meets the process requirements, subject to the Approval of the Company
