About this tender
Upgrade works will be undertaken on the existing sewer access chamber MH1D to increase flow capacity and remove current system bottlenecks. The works include, but are not limited to, excavation of the existing chamber and connecting sewer pipework, establishment, operation and removal of a temporary sewer bypass, demolition and removal of the existing chamber, and construction of a new enlarged chamber in accordance with the approved design. Upon completion, the site will be reinstated, including connection of sewer pipework, backfilling, compaction and surface reinstatement. All necessary safety, environmental and traffic management measures required will be implemented to deliver the works safely and effectively.
