Overview The Department of Tourism & Hospitality (NT) is inviting applications under the Activation Funding Round, part of the Territory Events Program (TEP) 2026/27. The round provides funding support for innovative and impactful event activations that enhance the Northern Territory's visitor experience, create opportunities for increased visitation and participation, and bring destinations and communities to life. Purpose The Activation Funding Round is designed to support new or enhanced experiences that complement the Territory's events calendar and deliver clear benefits for the Territory, whether through activating new experiences, enhancing existing events, or creating compelling reasons for visitors to explore and stay longer. Objectives Applicants are encouraged to demonstrate how their proposed activation will: Generate strong outcomes Engage target audiences Contribute to the Northern Territory's reputation as an exciting and memorable destination
