Overview Wellington City Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to construct a new steel anchor mesh shotcrete wall at 130-140 Grafton Rd, replacing the existing retaining wall and associated enabling and auxiliary works, to provide continuous bank support above the carriageway network.
