Advance Notice for Activity Based Costing (Software as a Service)

Overview The New Zealand Customs Service intends to go to market to invite proposals from suitably qualified vendors who can provide a supported, secure and scalable cost-modelling system. Purpose The system is required to support Customs activity-based costing, cost recovery, levy-setting and the provision of financial advice. Scope The scope includes: Provision of a supported, secure and scalable cost-modelling system (Software as a Service) Support for Customs activity-based costing Support for cost recovery processes Support for levy-setting Support for the provision of financial advice This procurement offers suppliers an opportunity to support Customs by delivering a high-quality solution that achieves meaningful operational outcomes, provides whole-of-life value, and establishes a long-term partnership with Customs.
