The purpose of this Advance Notice is to inform suppliers of the upcoming release of Registration of Interest on the 6 July 2026. This procurement will be conducted as a two-stage process, comprising an ROI followed by a Request for Proposal (RFP). Tauranga City Council (TCC) is seeking to engage suppliers to deliver multidisciplinary professional services to support its wastewater programme. This includes providing strategy, planning, design, and technical support during construction for the wastewater treatment plants, along with associated treated effluent and biosolids management. Suppliers must demonstrate local capability and resourcing within Tauranga, as this is a mandatory requirement for participation.
