Overview New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) advises that an Open Request for Proposal will be released in the coming days for the Rogan Street Signalisation Project. NPDC is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver an intersection upgrade and associated civil works at the SH3 / Coronation Avenue intersection with Rogan Street, New Plymouth. Purpose The project presents an opportunity to partner with NPDC to enhance safety, improve traffic efficiency, and provide better access for all road users. The works have been programmed to take advantage of the 2026 summer school holiday period, minimising disruption to the travelling public and surrounding stakeholders while ensuring a strong focus on planning, coordination, and delivery excellence.
